Description

This module will provide learners with a foundation in the professional knowledge and leadership skills needed for leadership practice in their chosen field. During this year-long module, student will learn how to reflect on their own leadership performance, demonstrate professional standards in relation to their leadership behaviour and identify areas for ongoing development.
